This program centers around the FM’s role in preparing for the return of business and the onslaught of fears and questions you may encounter once the masses return.
How are you and your staff preparing for the transition from I’m too hot/I’m too cold to the many questions and concerns the population may raise around safety, cleaning, spatial concerns about working too close, will benching change, will people gather in a conference room and the planning around it.
It is anticipated that ‘moderate physical’ changes will be required to the office environment. Measures may include the suspension of non-assigned seating, ‘clean desk’ policies, changes to collaborative areas and high foot-traffic areas like lobbies and cafeterias.
This program is free for members and non-members.
